Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any bonus-specific rules. Eligibility

• We only accept one account per person, household, or IP address; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration and Verification

When you sign up with OzzyBet, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. We may require you to complete KYC verification, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of your payment method, all submitted in Latin or Cyrillic script. We may also request video verification or a phone call. If we cannot reach you within two weeks during this process, we reserve the right to lock your account and cancel any pending withdrawal. Bitcoin users must complete identity verification before depositing or placing any bets with us.

Deposits and Withdrawals

At OzzyBet, we accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, PayID, MiFinity, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, Payeer, Paysafe, bank transfer, and major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, XRP, TRX, Solana, USDT and USDC processed via CoinsPaid. Our minimum deposit is EUR 10 or its equivalent, while PayID deposits start at AUD 20 and bank transfers at AUD 50. We do not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are EUR 20, USD 20, AUD 20, or NZD 20, with crypto withdrawals subject to the equivalent of EUR 20. We process withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval, although our average review time is around 12 minutes. Please note that card withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit card up to the net deposited amount, with any excess paid via an alternative method we approve. We do not currently support bank transfer payouts in USD.

Our withdrawal limits are set at 3,000 per day, 7,500 per week, and 15,000 per month, calculated in USD, EUR, AUD, or NZD. Higher VIP tiers may be granted exceptions to these limits at our discretion. Winnings from real money play are capped at EUR 250,000, though progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward this cap.

Welcome Bonus and Promotional Terms

Our welcome package spans your first five deposits and can total up to A$30,000 plus 500 free spins. Each deposit offers a choice of three bonus options, and once you select one, the alternatives become unavailable for that deposit. Minimum qualifying deposits range from A$30 to A$400 depending on the chosen offer. We apply a 35x wagering requirement to all welcome bonuses, which must be met within 14 days, while free spins remain valid for 72 hours after activation and are credited 24 hours after your qualifying deposit.

The maximum win from any welcome bonus and its associated free spins is capped at three times the bonus amount. While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet allowed is A$85 or NZ$90, and you may only hold one bonus at a time. Please be aware that bonuses are unavailable to players in approximately 200 territories listed separately in our Bonus Terms, and players from Sweden are not eligible for any bonuses, promotions, or loyalty point exchanges.

We also offer additional promotions such as the Weekly Spin Loot, Monthly Cash Chest, and Loyalty Cashback, each with its own wagering requirements and eligibility criteria tied to your loyalty level. No-deposit bonuses require e-mail verification, completed KYC, and at least one wagered deposit, with wagering requirements of 40x or 70x depending on the offer.

Game Rules and Fair Play

OzzyBet features over 16,000 games from more than 100 providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, and many others. We add approximately 70 new titles each week. Please note that certain providers are restricted in specific countries; for example, NetEnt games are not available in several jurisdictions, and Amatic titles are restricted in Australia, Austria, Estonia, Greece, and the United States. Jackpot games cannot be played using bonus funds, and wagering contributions vary by game type and provider, with table games, live dealer games, and certain instant or casual games typically not counting toward wagering requirements.

Responsible Use and Prohibited Conduct

• You must not use a VPN or any other tool to bypass our geographic restrictions; doing so may result in confiscation of your winnings.
• You must not attempt to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in our games or platform.

Dormant Accounts and Fees

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, we may apply a dormant account fee of EUR 20 per month until the account is reactivated or the balance is exhausted. We recommend logging in periodically to avoid this charge.

Dispute Resolution
